Search Queries
When a name, county, state, or other search detail is entered into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Cloud County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own record system.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it, respond, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not share contact messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

The Kansas Open Records Act, including K.S.A. 45-216 and K.S.A. 45-218, may govern requests made to Kansas public agencies, but each outside website controls its own privacy practices after you leave this site.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure ad views or tailor ads across websites. Their tracking and privacy choices are controlled by those partners, not by Cloud County Inmate Population.
